I’ll shoot and deliver everything to help you market the property fast, and you only have to pay 50% upfront. This system is designed to make your life easier and give you the tools for marketing to close deals without stressing over media costs. A contract is signed before the shoot, 50% of payment is due before the shoot and 50% is due within 72 hours of closing. A fee of $30–$60 applies depending on property size and project scope with this payment method.

There’s no cancellation fee as long as you give at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 48 hours of the shoot are subject to a $25 fee.
